We’re a small crew, and that’s on purpose. Garage door work in Marietta means dealing with humidity that rusts hardware, springs that snap under daily use, and the occasional door a teenager backed into. Our techs have seen all of it, most of them for over a decade. What holds the team together isn’t a corporate training manual. It’s the rule that every job gets a written price before work starts, every repair carries a written 365-day guarantee, and every customer knows exactly who’s walking up their driveway before the doorbell rings.
Styles & brands we work with

Our People
Aaron Teague, Owner
Aaron founded Doyle Garage Doors Marietta in 2001, back when a torsion spring, the large coil mounted above the door that does most of the lifting, was something most homeowners called “that thing that snapped.” Two decades later, he still answers the phone when he’s not on a job site, and he still writes every repair guarantee himself. His favorite part of the work hasn’t changed: walking a nervous customer through what actually broke, what it costs, and why it happened. Aaron has heard “it just started doing this on its own” more times than he can count, usually right before he finds a limit switch that’s been out of adjustment for two years. He’ll never rush you off the phone, and he’ll never hide a price behind vague language.
Marcus D., Lead Technician
Marcus has been turning wrenches on residential garage doors in Cobb County for 14 years. He’s factory-trained on LiftMaster, Chamberlain, and Genie openers, and he can diagnose a circuit board issue faster than most people can find the model number. Marcus handles the bulk of our torsion spring replacements in Marietta and East Cobb, and he’s the tech we send when a door won’t balance because someone tried to fix it with a YouTube tutorial and made it worse. He keeps a running mental list of every odd repair he’s done, and he’ll tell you about the time he found a squirrel nest inside an opener motor housing if you ask. Marcus is married, has two kids in the Marietta City Schools system, and coaches youth baseball in the spring.
Dana W., Senior Installer
Dana leads our garage door installation work across Marietta, from full door replacements in historic homes near the Square to new builds out toward Kennesaw. She specializes in Clopay and Amarr door lines and has a knack for matching door styles to older architectural details without making it look like an afterthought. Dana has been with the team for nine years and is the person we trust with the tricky jobs: low-clearance tracks, uneven garage floors, doors that have to line up perfectly or they bind. When she’s not on an install, she’s usually in her woodshop just outside Marietta, building furniture the same way she hangs doors: square, level, and built to last.
Priya S., Service Coordinator
Priya joined us five years ago and runs the phones, the schedule, and the organized chaos that comes with running repair calls across a busy metro. She’s the voice on the other end of the line at 2 a.m. when a spring lets go and you can’t get your car out for work. Priya coordinates every appointment, sends the name and photo of your assigned technician before they leave the shop, and makes sure the written estimate lands in your email before the truck pulls up. She’s also the person who calls the next day to confirm the repair actually solved the problem. Outside of work, she is training for her third marathon and has strong opinions about the best breakfast tacos in Marietta.
One Standard, Every Job
The crew at Doyle Garage Doors Marietta doesn’t operate on the “good enough” system. Every tech, from the apprentice riding along on installs to the lead technician handling emergency spring replacements, follows the Threshold Standard. That means a background check and identity verification before anyone is hired, a clean uniform and photo ID badge at your door, and a name and photo sent before arrival so you never wonder who you’re opening the door for. The written price rule applies to everyone, from Aaron on a quick opener repair to Dana on a full door replacement. If a repair fails within 365 days, we come back and make it right at no charge. No fine print, no argument, no second invoice. That’s the deal, and every single person on this team signed onto it.
